I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guest house along the Southern Cape coast. The host, Johan, was incredibly helpful and made my trip unforgettable. He gave me fantastic recommendations, including the best fish and chips I've had in ages and a hidden gem of a restaurant in Riversdale. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the beach, was absolutely perfect. The rooms were well-equipped with everything I needed, and the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast spread, which even included vegetarian sausage, was a delicious way to start the day. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Nothing needed improvement - a truly exceptional stay!

I had a fabulous time at this hotel! First of all, the price was excellent for what you get. The attention to detail was impressive, with rooms that were clean, well-kept, and equipped with everything you could have wanted. The location was perfect, just a short walk down the hill to the beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. And the breakfast, oh wow! Not only did they have options for vegetarians like me, but they even had vegetarian sausage, which was a delightful surprise.

Wi-fi could have been better, but that didn't dampen my overall experience.

the location was great, situated near the beach and down a hill, with stunning views. the rooms were tidy, quiet, and comfortable. the host, Johan, was extremely helpful, recommending places to eat and providing discounts for local activities such as shark diving. the breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. the owner's dogs were hilarious and added to the warm atmosphere. Wi-fi worked well, and it had a relaxed vibe.

The karaoke and casino facilities were not available, which might disappoint those who look forward to them.

The location was central, which made it easy to access different parts of the city. We also liked that there was a parking lot available for guests to use, as finding parking in the city can be difficult.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. It felt like we were a burden to them whenever we had a question or needed something.
